Apple, why can't you just fail like everyone says you will?


1) Consider this article from 2006 by Bill Ray titled Why the Apple iPhone will fail, and fail badly

2) Then consider the wise words of Microsoft's Steve Ballmer in 2007 when he said that "there's no chance that the iPhone is going to get any significant market share"

3) That brings us to today with the news that Motorola has lost it's position as the largest U.S. maker of phones. And who did they lose this position to? It couldn't possibly be Apple could it?
